Every time I see the Cash4Gold advertisements, I imagine to myself how much money they are making. To me, their ads cry out an offer of quick and convenient cash at less than optimal prices.
The ads alone must cost a fair amount, so I have to imagine that sellers could get more money for their gold if they did a little footwork themselves.
But hey, this is America, right? Capitalism is accepted and people are allowed to make money as long as customers stay happy and laws are not broken.
But remember, we now have the internet, and a few angry customers plus an angry ex-employee can make all the difference in the world.
It starts simple enough with a few non-notable blog entries, but then if the company makes the mistake of hiring an aggressive law firm to silence the complaints, things get interesting.
